Day in the Life

While most people are winding down on Fridays, we are just gearing up for a busy weekend. We’re receiving shipments, moving ovens, repackaging, and loading cars up. All over the country, the Immaculate Baking elves are trekking to their favorite stores to bake, bake, bake. Karen and Katie are shipping supplies to Texas and California for Shelly and Paul and Scott to use. Folks are getting on planes, relying on their GPS directions, and making introductions to store staffs. There’s a New England crew fanning out with ovens in their back seats, tablecloths, napkins, and coupons. And most importantly, we pack up coolers of cookies, biscuits, and scones and head out.  There are two kinds of favorite consumers: the ones who already have us on their shopping lists and are tasting our Gingerbread Spice, maybe for the first time. We also have the pleasure of turning new heads – with no high fructose corn syrup, no preservatives, and an abundance of premium ingredients, the truth is in the cookie. We love talking to you all – come and say hello, or ask us how you can hold your own tasting party.
