Veggies seem to be particularly on trend right around January when everybody’s trying to stick to some sort of new and better eating regimen. Well, you’re on the Immaculate Baking blog, so you know the only regimen we care about is wholesome yumminess! So of course we’ve got some Immaculate veggie variations that you can dig into and still feel great about, even in January!
I had a sudden craving for anything with squash puree, and wanted to get a bit creative with how I’d be able to pair it with our Immaculate goodies. After some quick keyword search, my brainchild emerged as this Winter Squash Veggie Pizza!
Ever since I found out about all the crazy wonderful things I can do with our cookie dough, I’ve been a little obsessed with trying to come up with ideas that will completely transform our cookies. Adding on my other personal obsession with sweet corn, I figured wouldn’t it be glorious to bake up some sweet corn muffins with our vanilla sugar cookies? And boy, was it glorious indeed.
I’m a HUGE fan of brunch. Eggs benedict, soufflé pancakes, egg white omelettes, cinnamon rolls and quiche. So I guess I kind of lucked out that I blog and bake for a refrigerated dough brand that makes biscuits and cinnamon rolls and whadaya know, pie crust! I foresee many, many quiches in my future! Hmmm I think I’m in the mood for a brunch quiche with some Mexican flare!
